These are great as long as you don't have really high expectations, and you just want to be able to hear your computer. That's all I wanted.
Come on folks, how can you complain about a product that works and costs less then a hamburger and fries, and these will last a whole lot longer. They fit perfectly on my test top and are a good compliment to my lap top.
For $8.95, these are right on the money. They allow me to hear the radio on my computer to the back of my house.
They are very small which is exactly what I wanted. I don't like a bunch of stuff cluttering my desk, which is why I have a lap top, and why these speakers are perfect.
If you want surround sound and great quality, then invest a lot more money. I'm very pleased with these little midgets.
And, sound-wise they're fine. But if you're like me, someone who was looking for a very small pair of speakers to serve as an alternative to my built-in laptop speaker at the office, these are perfect. Anyone looking for rich, full sounding speakers that deliver every nuance should quickly look elsewhere. I spend most of my workday with an internet radio station playing in the background and these speakers serve that purpose very well. They're powered, so volume isn't a problem. They're very small, so finding free desk space isn't a problem either. Plus. for less than ten bucks, how can you go wrong.
Of course, these aren't going to sound like a top-notch stereo system. But they are great for the money, especially if you're like me, and you just want a little background music while you do your paperwork.
we needed new speakers for our computer. don't have a lot of space around the PC and didn't want to spend much money. These compact speakers plugged right in, take very little space and have easy to access volumne control. They are exactly what we needed.
This is a great little set of speakers. When I installed a wide-screen monitor, I wanted some small speakers that I could place in front of the monitor. They needed to sound good enough for my modest needs, and I didn't want to pay a lot of money. These speakers fit the bill.
